The Dell Digital Jukebox (DJ) emerged in 2004 as the first real competitor to the iPod. At only 6.5 ounces, the DJ includes a massive 30 GB hard drive, which is capable of holding an amazing 15,000 songs. The rechargeable lithium battery can go 12 hours without being recharged, and is virtually skip free. Included in the Dell DJ package at no cost, are ear bud headphones, as well as a charging dock. At only $300, this is practically a steal. Another feature that makes the DJ so desirable is that it is compatible with the popular Napster Music program, including “Napster to Go”, MusicMatch, and the Dell Music Store. The DJ is one of only a few MP3 players compatible with Napster, which features over 1,000,000 tracks available for download. Last, but certainly not least, the DJ contains a 1.92 inch LCD screen with a blue backlight. This allows for easy viewing of the screen, with no stain on your eyes. The Dell DJ is an incredible MP3 player, with a large amount of memory, as well as features!
